    Biodun Omosaku is a CMD certified trainer, an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (ACIPM), Institute of Commercial Management UK and Nigeria Institute for Training and Development (NITAD). Before setting up Barbados Solutions, he was a pioneer member and Principal Consultant of Recore Limited, one of the most renowned outsourcing companies in the country.

   
While at Recore Limited, he managed the accounts of various classes of support staff in the following organizations; Lead Bank (now Afribank), Consolidated Breweries, WAPCO Larfarge, AIICO Insurance, Avis Motors, Lead Capital Limited etc   

Biodun is a Lecturer, Motivational Speaker and a Human Resources Development Specialist. He specializes in assisting companies improve performance through better screening and selection of potential candidates for key positions. Biodun has over 15 years experience in Executive Management, Training, Personnel Management, and International Operation.

      Titilayo Iwara Eko
     
     Titilayo Shalom Iwara-Eko is an experienced Human Resources specialist. In her quest for Human Capital Development and Management, She qualified as a member of the Nigerian Institute for Training and Development (NITAD) as well as the Certified Board of Administrators of Nigeria. Her involvement in several human resources courses combined with her qualifications led to the attainment of her Masters (MPA) in Public Administration.  She is a seasoned Human Resources Consultant and has contributed immensely in the development of the personnel in various organizations. Her wealth of experience includes guidance and counseling which she executes in line with the corporate objective, steering its affairs by engaging best option(s) for a sustainable workforce development. She is married with children

Mrs. Yemisi Bamishile, B.A.RPA, AITD, MMP

    Mrs. Bamishile is a graduate of English from the Ogun State University Ago-Iwoye. She has a Masters degree in Managerial Psychology from the University of Lagos and more than 15 years experience spanning Advertising, Marketing Communications, Banking and Human Resource Management. At Societe General Bank she worked in the Logistics unit within the Administration function. She developed her HR skills working at Michael Stevens Consulting and Alpha Learning Ltd, as Head of Training. A highly versatile person, Mrs. Bamishile works with an entrepreneurial mindset which allows her to be goal focused and result oriented.
    She is a registered practitioner of Advertising, a member of the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development and a certified trainer.
